LJMU has leapt up a host of rankings tables for student satisfaction.
In 1984, there were 14 per cent of female graduates in engineering and technology courses. In 2015, there was still only 14 per cent of female graduates in engineering courses. This sad statistic formed the basis of an impactful lecture by Chi Onwurah MP about the gender imbalance in Science, Technology, Engineering and Technology (STEM) subjects and subsequent careers.
A project group has updated our Assessment and Feedback Policy as well as launched a new mini site of guidance for staff to utilise.
Four data protection related policies have been updated and can now be found on the LJMU Policy Centre.
The updated policy includes further information on disposing of small amounts of confidential waste in confidential waste bins across the university and on how you can order secure bags for larger quantities.
