5. National Eye Health Week 18 - 24 September

   We are promoting the importance of good eye health, sharing important eye care advice to encourage adopting healthy habits and highlighting the need for regular eye tests.

6. In Memoriam: Dr Larry DeNardis

   It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Honorary Fellow, Dr Larry DeNardis, the former US Congressman.

7. 'Greener' LJMU rewarded with 2:1 by People & Planet

   LJMU ranked 57th out of 151 UK HEIS for environmental sustainability.

8. LJMU helps schoolchildren learn about the environment

   LJMU’s Natural Capital Hub team has been helping primary school children learn more about their environment.

9. New Staff Gardening Group

   The School of Biological & Environmental Sciences has been working on a project to improve Byrom Street Campus with 10 urban wildlife gardens.

10. Work with LJMU Marketing

    LJMU Marketing Services are on the lookout for students to feature in our print and online marketing materials and work alongside us to help produce social media content - to promote the university and Liverpool.
