    The LJMU Go Global fund allows students to undertake international projects, from existing programmes such as Camp America or TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) courses, to individual projects students have designed themselves.   9. Phil Halpin

    Phil is Managing Director of Liverpool-based film company Mocha, which he set up alongside three other LJMU graduates at the turn of the 21st century. The business’s first client was LJMU and over more than two decades the company has gone from strength to strength, working on music videos to ministerial briefings. This year they created the LJMU 200 film in celebration of our bicentenary year.

  10. Rachel Stalker

    Solicitor Rachel founded LJMU’s free Legal Advice Centre in 2014, just one year after she joined the School of Law. Every year the centre helps hundreds of people through its free legal advice and public legal information activities, contributing significantly to the economic and social wellbeing of the Liverpool City Region, while developing our students’ skills to put them one step ahead in their professional careers upon graduation.
