1. Menopause cafe to mark World Menopause Day

   Join us on Wednesday 18 October as we mark World Menopause Day and host our final staff cafe of the year.

5. Mind the GaP!

   Time is rapidly running out for Principal Investigators to be trained on the new Grants and Projects (GaP) system. It has been agreed by the University that any bids for external funding (research and enterprise activity) from April 2020 will need to be set up by the Principal Investigator on the GaP system, so its important that you book onto training ASAP.

6. GaP Training - Additonal Dates Available

   Additional training dates have now been made available as GaP (Grants and Projects) training has proved to be very popular.

7. Get free IT kit through Laptop and Recycled IT schemes

   Students can apply for a free laptop or recycled IT kit through the IT support schemes.

8. LJMU encourages researchers to deposit data in university repository

   The researcher engagement team are committed to open science and data management by working with researchers to deposit their data in the LJMU Data Repository. These ongoing efforts enhance data accessibility, reproducibility, and transparency in research.

9. Medallist returns from European Championships to graduate

   Sport Business student Rio Boothe has returned from the European Para Laser Run Championships to graduate in BA Sport Business.
