   LJMU’s Honorary Fellow, Brian May and former JMSU President, Sam Davys, make 2023 Honours List.

5. Graduation review Friday 13 July

   Students from the Liverpool School of Art and Design and the Liverpool Screen School celebrated their success in the morning ceremonies, while the School of Humanities and Social Science and the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies were recognised in the afternoon procession.

6. Graduation review Wednesday 11 July

   Wednesday saw the School of Sport Studies, Leisure and Nutrition graduate in the morning and the Public Health Institute and the School of Education in the afternoon ceremony.

7. Honorary Fellow Dr Steve Garnett

   Liverpool John Moores University awards Honorary Fellowship to Dr Steve Garnett at Liverpool Cathedral on Tuesday 10 July 2018.

8. Graduation review Thursday 12 July

   The morning saw graduations from Maritime and Mechanical Engineering, the Astrophysics Research Institute, Electronics and Electrical Engineering and the School of Nursing and Allied Health. In the afternoon Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering and Technology Research Institute, Civil Engineering and Built Environment all celebrated their graduations.

10. City remembers disability rights hero and LJMU Honorary Fellow

    Sir Bert was a leading disability rights activist and was awarded his Honorary Fellowship at LJMU in 2002 for services to equality and promoting the rights of disabled people. He also served as a Governor of the university for nine years.
