    Implementing group work assignments can be a valuable way to promote student learning, encourage teamwork and collaboration, and develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

    Liverpool John Moores University is an exempt charity under the terms of the Charities Act 2011. Under the Charities Act 2011, universities are supervised by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) as principal regulator, which is charged with ensuring that universities fulfil their obligations under Charity law.

    The Admissions support team fully support the admissions process from UCAS, UTT and Direct applications of all students to the university and it’s collaborative partners.

  4. Ethnically Diverse Staff Network

    The LJMU Ethnically Diverse Staff Network is open to staff whom identify as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, in the first instance.

  5. Generic job descriptions

    A number of generic job descriptions have been developed to assist departments in writing job descriptions for frequently occurring roles and to enable swifter grading turnaround times for these posts.
