Sport Business student Rio Boothe has returned from the European Para Laser Run Championships to graduate in BA Sport Business.
A new pilot internship programme for first year students (level 4 only) with little to no previous work experience launched on Monday 15 January and close at midnight on Sunday 4 February. There will be no interview process for these opportunities, the Student Futures team will undertake a matching process between participating organisations and students. The internships will begin on Monday 4 March (start dates may vary for each role).
LJMU is set to expand its successful degree apprenticeship programmes after being awarded significant new funding. The university has received £1m from the Office for Students’ national fund to support level 6 degree apprenticeships.
A partnership between LJMU and a major civil engineering firm has been independently rated as outstanding after transforming its business model, generating growth and making progress towards net zero.
