  1. LJMU receives Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence and National Teaching Fellowship

    LJMU is one of 15 teams to win the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) and an LJMU academic has also been awarded one of 54 National Teaching Fellows (NTF). Dr Philip Denton, Principal Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences, is the recipient of the NTF and the paramedic team at LJMU’s Schools of Nursing and Allied Health received the CATE.

    LJMU Law students are being offered career and networking opportunities from Liverpool Law Society (the society that represents all lawyers from the Liverpool City Region) due to a new collaboration between the two organisations.

    LJMU welcomed hundreds of investors, entrepreneurs and policymakers to a summit to conclude the Liverpool City Region’s first ever Innovation Investment Week.

    Disability History Month begins today (16 November – 16 December) and our Disabled Staff Network, EDI team and JMSU will be hosting an event on Friday 2 December.
