Let’s Talk About Dignity & Respect at Work (Bullying & Harassment) - Where Do You Draw The Line?

LJMU’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team, are proud to be working in partnership with equality, diversity and inclusion training specialists; Flexible Work Solutions and are pleased to offer LJMU/JMSU Staff, the opportunity to participate in a virutal, half day (three hours) Let’s Talk About Dignity & Respect At Work (Bullying & Harassment) - Where Do You Draw The Line? Workshop.

A culture of bullying and harassment can have a negative impact on individuals, teams and the whole organisation. It can lead to poor performance/low productivity, increased absence and mental ill health (particularly stress related), damage to institution’s reputation and employment tribunal claims. This workshop aims to provide practical guidance to encourage successful working relationships and tips on how to better support colleagues and peers.
