All You Need is GaP
All Externally Funded Projects Must be Costed using GaP
Just a reminder that all externally funded projects must be both registered (a GaP project created) and costed on our Grants and Projects (GaP) system from 1st July 2020.
So, if you are working on a grant funded, or a knowledge exchange project, you will need to be trained on GaP in order to access the system. GaP training is now available remotely, please email gap@ljmu.ac.uk for details.
Training takes about an hour to complete and you will access the training system via either an LJMU laptop or through Citrix/VPN. Once trained, the Live GaP system is accessible via any internet connection and any browser.

Additionally, a team from RIS and Finance are providing weekly GaP Clinics, so if you have a particular question, please email gap@ljmu.ac.uk to book a place, the dates and times are here.
Plus, you can email the GaP team gap@ljmu.ac.uk with any questions you may have. Several people monitor this email address so it’s the best way to ensure you are responded to quickly if your enquiry is urgent.
