Mentoring at LJMU

Your views as a mentee

The Leadership and Development Foundation are very keen to gain greater insight into the impact of mentoring at LJMU. If you have worked with a mentor it would be really valuable to learn a little more (anonymously) about your experiences. We would be extremely grateful if you could take a few moments to complete a short survey available at: https://ljmu.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/mentoring-evaluation. If you have had more than one mentor e.g. as a new starter / Aurora / REF / Readership & Professorship, you are able to repeat the survey with a different mentor in mind. Mentoring should have occurred anytime from the start of the 2018-19 academic year to the current date. This survey will close at 5pm on Wednesday 30th June 2021.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor yourself (or refreshing your skills) you may be interested in our 4-session ILM accredited Coaching and Mentoring Programme (https://ljmu.libcal.com/calendar/staffdev/?t=g&q=coaching%20and%20mentoring&cid=7296&cal=7296&inc=0).

Many thanks for your input in helping us to better understand mentoring at LJMU and potentially make changes to improve our mentoring schemes.
