New ES1 form available for managers

The Finance team has recently updated the ES1 form used to assess contractors against HMRC’s off-payroll working rules (sometimes called IR35).

The new form is available from the revamped Payroll and Pensions area (opens in a new tab) of the staff website, alongside updated guidance that should help to answer some of the most frequently asked finance questions. The new resource should prove invaluable particularly for managers.
