New way to request visitor parking and out of hours or security access

Campus Support (Security) now has a number of staff request forms available via the LJMU HelpMe portal, to help with the management of visitor parking and out of hours or security access requests.

To make any of these requests please utilise the LJMU HelpMe portal and complete one of the request forms under the Estates Security Requests section.

Please note that visitor parking is only available at Byrom street and only if space is available due to other parking areas being utilised by staff permit holders.

For all other requests or questions please refrain from sending emails to individuals and utilise the following email inboxes which the teams will monitor and action.
