New Export Controls and Sanctions Policy

A new Export Controls and Sanctions Policy, in relation to research and knowledge exchange activity, has been approved and added to the LJMU Policy Centre.

This policy has been developed to ensure that risks associated with international research are identified and managed, and that research-active staff are made aware of their responsibilities when participating in international research.

Further guidance can be found on the dedicated Research and Innovation Services (RIS) webpage, where you will also find a link to an online checklist which can help you identify whether your project may need extra support to avoid the risk of exploitation.

Policies can be accessed via the LJMU Policy Centre and staff can use the search function, using the name of the policy, to access the relevant document.

If you have any issues accessing the policies, please do not hesitate to email the policies inbox for further support.
