Professorial Lecture Ian McCarthy

Join us in celebrating Professor Ian McCarthy (opens in a new tab) from the Astrophysics Research Institute, who will give his professorial lecture on Wednesday 15 March from 5pm to 6.30pm at the James Parsons Lower Lecture Theatre.

A Professor of Theoretical Astrophysics, Ian will speak about how our understanding of the formation and evolution of the Universe is being shaped through the use of supercomputer simulations. A drinks reception will follow the lecture.
