Positive response to Actus staff development platform

There has been an extremely positive response from staff to the introduction of Actus, our new system to support development and performance.

The secure online platform is a space for you to access information relating to your work objectives and development, track your catch-ups and progress against your objectives, prepare for your appraisal and record your development activity.

Many colleagues have now engaged with the system and uploaded their objectives for the new academic year. If you’ve not yet uploaded your objectives, we would encourage you to do so by the end of June to align with this year's appraisals.
