Your LJMU Your Voice

We have launched an exercise to learn about your experiences of working at the university.

Your LJMU, Your Voice is a survey of all staff to find out how factors like our culture and values help you to do your job and feel part of the LJMU community.

The survey covers areas such as your working environment and wellbeing and work/life balance through to line management and leadership.

Your answers will be anonymous, so it is a valuable opportunity to freely share your thoughts and feedback on working at LJMU.

Every confidential response will be read and considered and help us to understand the issues that matter to you and how we can all work together effectively to deliver our strategy.

You should have received an email on Tuesday 9 May titled Your LJMU, Your Voice from People Insight - the company working with us to manage the survey - with a personalised link.
