Staff encouraged to attend Freshers Fair 2023

Our Freshers Fair 2023 is taking place on Friday 22 September at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool and will be JMSU and LJMU’s biggest Freshers Fair to date!

There will be over 200 stalls and activities on offer, including sports, societies, commercial brands, volunteering organisations, university services, and much more - so staff are encouraged to come down and experience it for themselves, if available. 

The main fair will run from 11am to 5pm and is expected to be extremely busy during these times, but staff wishing to attend are also welcome to come along during the quiet half hour if preferred, which will run from 10.30am to 11am.

Free transport for students

Please encourage your students to visit the event and you can also signpost them to free JMSU-arranged coach travel and free Merseyrail train travel available to them on the day.

Staff may also utilise the Merseyrail free ticket offer, which you must sign-up to by Monday 18 September.

Staff exhibitors

Staff exhibitors will be re-contacted about their Freshers Fair stalls in the coming days by the event organisers and corporate events team. In the meantime you can find an overview of exhibitor information put together by the JMSU events team.
