Finding your next home

If you are worried about where to live next year, help is at hand.

Where to live next year?

The accommodation webpages gives useful information about the various options on where to live.

Remember that you don’t have to move to a shared house or flat. Staying in a hall again has lots of advantages including individual tenancies, all-inclusive rents, central locations and on-site staff to look after your parcels and post. Hall staff will always place current students into flats sharing with others in the same situation. So, if you haven’t yet formed a group of friends to share with, then staying in a hall is a great option.

Whatever type of accommodation you choose, it is essential that you book somewhere that is accredited by Liverpool Student Homes. Many hall operators and other accredited property owners and letting agents will take part in two LSH Housing Fairs.

Liverpool Student Homes Housing Fair dates

All LJMU and Liverpool students are welcome to attend either fair. The events are a great chance to research your housing options. The housing fairs take place from 11am to 3pm as follows:

Tuesday 19 November 2024: Mountford Hall, University of Liverpool

Tuesday 26 November 2024: Student Life Building, LJMU

If you have any queries about finding accommodation for next year, please don’t hesitate to contact the Accommodation Office for support.
