Sign up to staff wellbeing activities this Feel Fab Feb



From wellbeing wanders to massage therapy, LJMU has a month’s worth of free events for all staff to get involved in this Feel Fab Feb. 

What is Feel Fab Feb? 

We want to help all our staff and students flourish and thrive, maintaining our LJMU community’s health and wellbeing by making well-informed choices and having support on hand. That’s why this February we’re shining a spotlight on the importance of wellbeing with a month’s worth of events for all staff and students to get involved in; Feel Fab Feb. 

What are the wellbeing activities and how do I sign up? 

Staff have a wealth of over 50 activities they can sign up for, from wellbeing wanders around the city, to flower arranging or origami classes, an album listening party, yoga retreats and massage therapy, weaving workshops, mindful doodling, menopause talks, film screenings and art therapy, plus lots more. Not feeling fab this February? 

All staff across the university are encouraged by the university’s Senior Leadership Team to take part in Feel Fab Feb activities and prioritise your own health and wellbeing.  

However, we understand not all colleagues will be feeling fab this February. If you’re struggling with your wellbeing, we have a wealth of resources on our Staff Wellbeing Hub. You’ll find a range of internal and external support, guidance, self-help literature, advice and tips to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing plus further information on our Employee Assistance Programme, our 24/7, 365 days a year support line, where you can speak to a trained counsellor.
