Submissions for the Green Gown Awards
Are you working on an LJMU project that might be worthy of a UK environmental or sustainability award?
The university is looking for potential submissions for the Green Gown Awards, which recognise exceptional sustainability initiatives being undertaken by universities and colleges.
LJMU was proud to be a sponsor of the successful 2023 awards ceremony, as part of our commitment to the environment and sustainability through our LJMU Climate Action Plan.
Now, we want to identify great work taking place at LJMU that could be submitted for an award in 2024.
If you have an initiative that you would like the university to consider submitting into one of the categories below, please email in the first instance for consideration by our Climate Action Plan Steering Group.

Deadline for submissions
Please email by Friday 5 April and the university will make all submissions by Friday 24 May.
