University Seal request form update

The Secretariat has updated the University Seal request form to incorporate the additional stages of approval required from colleagues in finance and legal.  

Seal request forms should be completed by staff for all requests to apply the University Seal to legal documents.

The updated seal request form can be accessed on the Secretariat webpage and should not be amended in any way. Should you need to discuss the format of the form when making a University Seal request, please email the Secretariat.
