New and improved LJMU Policy Centre

The Secretariat and IT Services have built a new policy centre to improve the user experience and overall administration of university policies.

The key features include:

  • An improved search function including specific keywords
  • Enhanced categories and subcategories for users to more easily navigate through a high volume of documents
  • Filtering options for locating specific policies or forms
  • A frequently asked questions (FAQs) feature to answer queries around specific policies

The new version of the policy centre can be accessed from the Staff homepage.

A user guide can be downloaded to aid access to the new and improved policy centre with further guidance available on the online Insight User Guide under Policies.

If you have any issues accessing the policies or any further queries regarding the new system, please do not hesitate to email the policies inbox for further support or raise a ticket for help through the IT Service Desk.
