Updated Research Degrees Framework 2024/25

The 2024/25 Research Degrees Framework (RDF) has been added to the policy centre following approval by the Academic Board.     

Updates have been made to the following regulations and policies that underpin the university’s Research Degrees Framework for the next academic year:

• Policy for the Supervision of Research Degrees
• Attendance, Engagement and Change of Circumstances Policy for Postgraduate Researchers
• Policy for Reviewing the Progress of Postgraduate Research Students
• Policy for the Presentation of Research Theses
• Policy and Procedures for the Examination of Research Degrees
• Policy and Procedures for depositing e-Theses

Accessing LJMU policies

Policies can be accessed via the LJMU Policy Centre and staff can use the search function, using the name of the policy, to access the relevant document.
