Safety, Health and Environmental Management Codes of Practice
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) has recently approved amendments to 11 safety, health and environmental (SHE) management codes of practice, including Health and Safety Code of Practice SCP27 Driving at Work.
Driving at Work
As per Section 3 of SCP27 Driving at Work, it remains a requirement that all staff and students who drive on university business (including using their own private vehicles) must be Approved Drivers. Staff and students must contact the university’s Transport and Fleet Services Manager (Jerry Crayden) and provide their driving licence details, in order to be added to the university drivers platform.

The following revised codes of practice (policy documents) are now available in the Policy Centre following approval by ELT:
