Currently teaching in the business school on programmes including employment law, organisational behaviour, leadership and management and wellbeing.

Prior to joining the university, Gemma has over 20 years experience in human resource management, holding senior leadership positions, with a focus on transforming HR functions and developing HR strategies. Significant experience in employee relations, employment law, employment policy, wellbeing, talent acquisition, social media, internal communications, learning and development and ensuring provision of effective, quality HR services.
