Dhiya Al-jumeily OBE is a professor of Artificial Intelligence with publication of well over 300 peers reviewed scientific international publications, 12 books and 14 book chapters.
Dhiya is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Research Journal of Computer Science and Technology. He is also actively involved as a member of the editorial board for 6 international journals.
Dhiya is the founder and general series chair of the IEEE International Conference on Developments in eSystems Engineering DeSE (www.dese.org.uk) since 2007. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Chartered IT Professional. He is also a fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
In the 31 December 2020, professor Dhiya Al-Jumeily was promoted and appointed by THE QUEEN to the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, “OBE- Ordinary Officers of the Civil Division of the said Most Excellent Order for the “Services to Scientific Research”- https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/3703557.
