Re-introducing the Clevertouch® Displays
Multi-User Multi-Touch displays to support teaching and learning available in Tithebarn Street
Did you know that we have 10 Clevertouch screens available to book out onsite at Tithebarn Street?
Clevertouch screens are a portable, networked touchscreen technology that can be used to adapt any teaching or learning space.
As a presentation aid, Clevertouch can be taken into spaces without dedicated displays to support your delivery:
- Display videos, presentations, models and diagrams
- Easily zoom in/out and focus on specific parts of your content
- Write on, draw on or annotate on-screen content in real time
- Use as an interactive whiteboard (IWB) to access web content in sessions
- Use the Visible Bodies and LifeSaver apps that are pre-loaded on the system
- Lead guided presentations of 360-degree video content
- Use as a second display screen for presentations or as digital signage
As a Multi-User, Multi-Touch system, Clevertouch can be used by students to support active learning activities:
- Co-produce presentations and concept maps in face-to-face settings
- Engage with gamified tasks and quizzes
- Work in groups using multiple displays in a space
- Carry out peer review and assessment by presenting and feeding back on videos/simulated practice
Clevertouch can also be used to support experiential learning cycles and simulation processes:
- Use to support reflective observation of real-world/simulated practice scenarios
- Use to support debriefing following simulated practice
- Move to specific areas in clinical practice spaces for convenience
- Use for real-time observation of immersive simulation using dedicated hardware [to be confirmed]
