4. LJMU representatives explore partnership opportunities in India

   Regional Manager for South Asia, Shailender Silamsetty, and International Partnerships Manager, Dr. Ian D. Bennett spent time recently visiting Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore in order to explore new partnership opportunities and showcasing the LJMU brand overseas

5. Voice Acting Scholarships

   Voquent.com are a multilingual voice acting agency based in London, UK. They've created the Voquent Voice Acting Scholarship to give one lucky student everything they need to work in the voice acting industry.

6. Student Spotlight

   Each week we will be highlighting either an individual or group of students from LJMU in our new feature, Student Spotlight. It will let people know about your LJMU journey, LJMU life, your experiences in Liverpool and the good work that happens around the university

7. New Reading List Management System Launched.

   In January 2015 Library Services piloted the use of a reading list management system, Rebus:List with 27 academics across the University with a soft launch that Summer.

8. Sexual Violence Awareness Week

   Throughout Sexual Violence Awareness Week (Monday 4th – Sunday 10th February), a new team of staff from Student Advice and Wellbeing Services were out and about across the University to talk to students and staff about the impact sexual violence and harassment has on individuals and communities

9. Staff and community partners celebrate LGBT History Month

   To mark LGBT HIstory Month, LJMU Together (the University's LGBT+ Staff Network) organised a social event on Friday 22nd February featuring talks and a chance to play 'Psychic Bingo' with Liverpool's Lady Seanne.

10. Connections over Croissants

    Research and Innovation Services (RIS) will be holding an informal networking breakfast event, Coffee and Croissant, at Byrom Street, LIVE Lab in the Peter Jost Building on Thursday 4th April from 8.15am – 9.30am.
