3. PHI continues status as WHO Collaborating Centre for Violence Prevention

   World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed that LJMU’s Public Health Institute (PHI) will continue to be recognised as a WHO Collaborating Centre for Violence Prevention.

4. Exam timetable now live

   Exam timetables are now live for the semester two assessment period 2023.

5. Four apps new LJMU students should download

   My LJMU, Canvas, Outlook and the Microsoft Authenticator apps are essential for all new students.

6. Join the alumni mentoring program

   LJMU Connect has launched the LJMU Mentoring Group to enable students, staff and alumni to develop meaningful mentoring connections within our LJMU community.

7. Student Information System Upgrade

   The University’s Student Information System (SIS) is being upgraded. SIS will be unavailable during the upgrade, from 5pm on Thursday 21st November until 8am on Tuesday 26th November.

8. Vaping not permitted in LJMU buildings

   This is a reminder that vaping is not permitted in any building at Liverpool John Moores University.

9. Armistice Day 2022 arrangements

   We will mark Armistice Day by observing a two-minute silence at 11am on Friday 11 November.
