3. Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences awards 2023 research grant to LJMU academic

   Dr Nick Dawnay from the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences has been awarded a £10K in support of a project looking to develop eDNA methods to support wildlife forensic investigations.

4. Respect Always schools' competition winners experience graduation

   Primary and secondary school pupils have been recognised by LJMU’s Pro-Vice-Chancellor for demonstrating what respect means to them, and their school communities, as part of a creative competition.

5. Librarian recognised by national Library Association

   Academic Engagement Librarian Gemma Wright has been recognised by CILIP, The Library and Information Association, as an outstanding professional helping to lead the sector into a new age of information.

6. LJMU Staff Networks move to Teams

   From this month the process to join a staff network has moved to the LJMU website and Microsoft Teams, making it even easier to join one of LJMU’s staff networks
