The Galaxy Formation and Evolution Research Group looks at population studies of dwarf galaxies up to the most massive clusters of galaxies, supermassive black holes and detailed modelling of the internal structure of galaxies. Denise is a prominent woman in sport, previously holding roles at Everton Football Club and the club’s official charity, Everton in the Community. She gained her PhD at LJMU, is an Honorary Fellow and took part in the 24th series of our Roscoe Lectures in 2021.
