   A number of Health and Safety policies have been amended and approved by the Health and Safety Committee.

5. Apprenticeships and Student Governance policy updates

   The new Apprenticeships Policy has received Academic Board approval and 20 Student Governance policies, guidance and pro forma have recently been reviewed, and have received minor amendments.

6. P60s now available on Staff Infobase

   P60s for the tax year 2023-24 (ending 5 April 2024) are now available on Staff Infobase.

7. Can supermarket trolleys help cut risk of stroke? - trials underway

   Shopping trolleys will be used to help save people from suffering a stroke by identifying irregular heartbeats, as part of a new medical trial.

8. Academic Registry results notification briefings

   Two Microsoft Teams sessions will take place later this month to assist LJMU administrative staff involved with the pre and post board of examiner process, including results notification.

10. Librarian recognised by national Library Association

    Academic Engagement Librarian Gemma Wright has been recognised by CILIP, The Library and Information Association, as an outstanding professional helping to lead the sector into a new age of information.
