  1. LJMU relations with Nepal strengthened after researchers meet with President

    Researchers from LJMU have met with the President of Nepal, the Right honourable Bidhya Devi Bhandari, to discuss issues relating to education, gender, women's rights and social justice. Dr Sara Parker from Sociology, School of Humanities and Social Science and Rose Khatri from the Centre for Public Health recently met with the President and spoke for almost two hours.

  2. Long service awards

    The university has updated the Long Service Awards scheme to include celebration of reaching additional key milestones at 25, 35, 45 and 50+ years’ service.

  3. Tate Liverpool and LJMU host major Keith Haring conference

    On Thursday 7th and Friday 8th November Tate Liverpool is hosting a two-day conference in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, on the occasion of the Keith Haring exhibition. Conveners: Dr Michael Birchall and Dr Emma Vickers.
