Thirteen dual-award engineering students from China met with LJMU’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mark Power, in recognition of their successful studies and in celebration of the beginning of Lunar New Year.

Professor Jin Wang from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology has recently won the following prestigious awards: Outstanding Contribution to Marine Safety award for 2017 and the 2017 Royal Institution of Naval Architecture (RINA).
The Director of the Liverpool Logistics Offshore and Marine Research Institute at Liverpool John Moores University - Prof. Jin Wang - has been awarded the prestigious 2018 IMechE Award for Risk Reduction in Mechanical Engineering.
