Yvonne Turnbull is the Head of LJMU's Student Advice and Wellbeing Department.
As an international student we are there to help you settle into university life with ease. Our practical support includes: helping you to improve your English language skills, providing advice about bringing your family to the UK and counselling services.
At LJMU the wellbeing of our students and staff is really important to us. That’s why we've created a calendar of events including free workshops and activities over this academic year, for our LJMU community to get involved in.
As well as services within the University, there is a wealth of information online to help support you at this time and we know it can sometimes be overwhelming trying to navigate through this to find the right support you need.
