For this year's Black History Month celebrations, LJMU is involved in a range of events.
More than 120 staff from across the university attended an engagement workshop on prioritising the student experience.
LJMU has been given a Best Partnership Working Award by Liverpool City Council for the university’s ‘Intern to Work’ project.
LJMUs Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team, are proud to be working in partnership with Zia Chaudhry (Director of LJMU Foundation for Citizenship), Zane Abdo (LJMU Muslim Adviser/Chaplin), Rabbi Natan Fagleman (LJMU Jewish Chaplain), Hannah Padfield (LJMU Anglican Chaplain), Father Neil Ritchie (LJMU Catholic Chapain) and other external consultants in order to offer LJMU Staff (& Students*), the opportunity to participate in a bespoke, half day Religion & Belief workshop.

Following a recent review of LJMU staff car parking provision, the university will continue to subsidise staff car parking until 31 August 2023.
