  1. LJMU Assessment 4 – 14 January 2022

    As we approach our assessment period early next year, this note is to provide you with important preparation information and to confirm that exams will take place in person (with the exception of Levels 3 and 4).

  2. Gravitational wave science used to search for catastrophic explosion

    Researchers at the Astrophysics Research Institute were among the first to use new gravitational wave science, ahead of the recent announcement by the Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory (LIGO) that they had made the first direct detection of gravitational waves.

    We are aware of a couple of LJMU students being diagnosed with mumps in the last few days.

    IT Services will soon be migrating staff email accounts to provide us with greater security, increased storage limits and easier accessibility.

  6. Exam Timetables

    April/May 2019 Examination Timetables are now available for LJMU students.
