7. LJMU pledges to secure successful student futures at House of Commons

   22 universities, including Liverpool John Moores University and JMSU have pledged to develop a Student Futures Manifesto joint action between a university and its students to improve the student experience.

8. More than 120 local school pupils take part in LJMU Summer University

   Over the past month, more than 120 14- to 17-year-olds from across the UK have taken part in LJMU summer schools to inspire students from underrepresented backgrounds to consider higher education.
