   Hate Crime Awareness Week is an important time to remind ourselves what constitutes a hate crime and what support is available both on and off campus.

9. VC becomes Deputy Lieutenant of Merseyside

   LJMU Vice-Chancellor, Professor Nigel Weatherill, has been made Deputy Lieutenant in the County of Merseyside, recognising his contribution to the region
