   Over 300 attendees from across Liverpool attended an ‘Afternoon with Helen Sharman ‘to listen to the inspiring story of what it was really like to become the first British astronaut in space.

   Following the tragic killing of George Floyd in America, questions of police legitimacy and police malpractice are being debated internationally.

   Training For Managers, Programme Leaders/Personal Tutors Of Staff & Students With Disabilities & Long-Term Health Conditions Including Mental Health

7. Training for managers/personal tutors on disabilities and long-term health conditions, including mental health

   The aim of the programme is to offer LJMU Managers, Programme Leaders and Personal Tutors further support and guidance, in relation to; operating more confidently and effectively, whilst developing themselves and their staff/students positively.

8. £3,600 raised for charity in first week of NSS

   We have raised a fantastic £3,600 for charity during the first week of the National Student Survey 2020.

9. Banging the drum for heavy rock and metal music on Merseyside

   LJMU academic Dr Nedim Hassan is taking centre stage in a collaborative project that aims to support and develop the heavy metal and hard rock music scene within the Liverpool City Region.
