1. Sharing Practice – PowerPoint narration for reflection, content creation and assessment

   This academic year the audio narration feature in PowerPoint has been used by a number of staff and programme teams for a variety of tasks.

2. CPD Independent and Supplementary Prescribing

   This Masters-level module which will enable multi-professional clinicians to practice as independent and/or supplementary non-medical prescribers within the appropriate legal framework and the standards set by the HCPC and NMC.

3. Lilly Crisp

   Lilly is an inspiring media production student who aims to break down barriers in the movie industry and is inspired by trailblazing women in film, and her own family too. She’s also a dedicated volunteer, having raised money and given her time to various charities in Teeside. In 2023, her volunteering work was recognised as she was awarded a British Citizen Youth Award.

4. CPD Acute and Chronic Neurosciences Care and Management

   This continuing professional development (CPD) programme will equip you with skills and insights on the latest developments in acute and chronic neurosciences care and management.

5. Second National consultation

   This project aims to create a universal definition of physical literacy in England to hopefully catalyse efforts to adopt, support and promote physical literacy in practice.

6. FTDP scholarship funding

   Each scholarship funding is for three years of a full-time PhD degree programme, and includes tuition fees, a tax-free maintenance stipend of around £18,622 per annum (rising in line with URKI rates) and additional research costs of up to £1,600 per year.

8. Pete Dolan

   Pete is the Outreach Manager at LJMU, responsible for building relationships with schools and colleges and for delivering the university’s sustained widening access initiatives, targeting under-represented learners and disadvantaged communities. In 2023 he celebrated 25 years of working at LJMU.

10. CPD Violence

    In this CPD course, you'll critically examine a range of key issues related to violence and health from international, national and local perspectives.
