5. LJMU scientist wins silver award in Parliament

   Dr Claire Burke, an Astro-ecologist at LJMU’s Astrophysics Research Institute, was awarded the silver prize for physical sciences in Parliament at STEM for BRITAIN.

6. LJMU rated highly in Teaching Excellence Framework

   LJMU has been awarded a gold rating for student outcomes and silver overall in the national Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).

   Liverpool John Moores University awards Honorary Fellowship to Lord Hall of Birkenhead at Liverpool Cathedral on Friday 15 July 2016.
