  2. Student Information System

    The Student Information System is used for managing student information from the point of application to graduation.

  3. Reporting

    Academic Planning & Information is responsible for the university’s student related reporting across the institution generated from the one true source of such data, the student information system (currently SIS).

  4. CRM

    Find out more about LJMU’s Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) which is currently used for managing interactions in relation to Admissions, Student Recruitment, International Enquiries, Careers and Student Advice & Wellbeing, and aims to create a single repository of all interactions with students throughout the entire student lifecycle, from enquiry through to alumni.

  5. Data Quality

    LJMU has a strong commitment to data quality and recognises the importance of high quality, timely and reliable data and information to support good decision-making at all levels.

  6. Web Hub

    The Web hub is a web based facility providing 24 hour access to data relating to Programs, Plans, Modules, Students, Surveys, Applications and much more.

  7. APIS, collation of data, statutory returns

    Academic Planning and Information Services are responsible for the collation of data and the production of timely, valid and accurate student number related statutory returns required by government agencies.

  8. Using Courseloop

    LJMU uses Courseloop as its curriculum management system. Courseloop is the Single Source of Truth that maintains a definitive record of the university's academic offering and of their associated governance meetings.
