2. Academic Registry training sessions February to July 2023

   There are still many staff training opportunities available this academic year, through to the end of July 2023, covering a range of topics.

3. International sport coaching programme in Malta hits the right mark

   International specialists in the field of sport coaching at LJMU visited Malta this month, rounding off the academic year, as they brought together UK-based MSc Sport Coaching students with their Maltese counterparts on the MSc International Sport Coaching programme.

4. Graduation review: Wednesday 10 July

   Students from Liverpool Screen School, the School of Law, Liverpool School of Art and Design and the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies received their awards.

5. Christmas closure and support services over the festive break

   The university will close at 5pm on Thursday 23 December and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 4 January. The Student Life Building will be open 24/7 throughout the festive break including on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

6. Staff Sharepoint migration

   IT Services has started the process of migrating all of our on-premise SharePoint and shared drives (JT2) to either Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Online.

10. Changes to Harvard LJMU Referencing

    From the start of the 2024/25 academic year the institutional style for Harvard referencing is changing from Harvard LJMU to Harvard Cite Them Right.
