Over 300 attendees from across Liverpool attended an ‘Afternoon with Helen Sharman ‘to listen to the inspiring story of what it was really like to become the first British astronaut in space.
The scheme provided by Unum Dental is an insurance policy available to LJMU staff, apply by 31 Jan 2024.
Staff can sign-up for the programme delivered across two afternoons, 1pm to 4.30pm on Thursday 9 November and Wednesday 22 November.
