A month full of free activities, throughout February to support LJMU students' wellbeing.
LJMU Connectors provide peer-to-peer mental wellbeing support to colleagues, at a local level, across the university.
Each year we run this survey, it only takes 10 minutes to complete and asks you a range of questions from how much sleep you get, to if you get anxious and how often you feel stressed.
Students are set to benefit from better join up of mental health services to prevent them falling through the gaps at university.
Elaine Smith-Freeman is the Manager of Counselling and Mental Wellbeing at LJMU.
This mental health training will take place on Tuesday 10 October, 9.30am to 3pm, Exchange Station G20 and 21.
Our SAW team is offering students and staff a range of events over the next few months to help mental wellbeing this semester.
Join us on Wednesday 18 October as we mark World Menopause Day and host our final staff cafe of the year.
