   For the last two years we have been involved in the Whitechapel Christmas Appeal and thanks to you all donating an amazing amount of gifts, you helped make Christmas special for The Whitechapel Centre clients. We are delighted to be supporting the initiative again and hope that you're are all feeling as generous as in previous years.

3. Law school run half marathon for Whitechapel Centre

   Eight students and staff from the School of Law laced up their trainers and ran the Liverpool half marathon on Sunday 27 March, in aid of local homeless and housing charity the Whitechapel Centre.

4. Take part in a focus group with the Careers Team and get a £10 Amazon voucher

   The Careers Team would really like to hear your views on the careers services offered by the Careers Team to final year students and graduates.

5. Kind staff and students support Whitechapel Centre Christmas appeal

   Warm clothes, selection boxes, toiletry sets and Christmas foods were among the items collected and donated by staff and students.

6. Grad Academy for 2022 grads and current final year students

   From 2 to 11 May join the Grad Academy events and get support from the Student Futures team in the lead up to graduation and beyond on your journey to your next career destination!

7. Meet the LJMU graduates changing the face of the city

   The Liverpool Echo's annual '30 under 30' recognises the young people who are making their mark on our city region.

8. Future Fortnight: 28 February to 11 March – open to all students

   Join the Student Futures team for a series of events helping you think about your future goals. The sessions are friendly, open to students from any programme or year group and will help you gain clarity on your next steps.

9. Pointing disadvantaged youngsters towards careers in law

   LJMU once again proved its commitment to supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds thanks to the Law Factor.

10. New humanities and social sciences research centre

    The Liverpool Centre for Cultural, Social and Political Research (CSPR) has been established to bring together expertise around humanities and social sciences to drive forward the impact of their work.
