   The Ship Operations Manager is a shore-based role responsible for the commercial management of vessels. Directly accountable to the vessel management organisation e.g. ship management company or ship owner, this role ensures efficient and effective operation of a fleet of vessels from a commercial perspective.

7. Ethnic mental health inequalities: Understanding whether discrimination causes psychosis among people from ethnic minority backgrounds

   This study aims to understand the causal relationship between discrimination and psychosis in ethnic minority populations in the UK.

8. Teaching and Learning Academy surveys

   The Teaching and Learning Academy assist in the admin, interpretation and results' dissemination of surveys, the outcomes of which inform teaching practice and improve the student experience.
