Drama students performed three consecutive performances last month at the Western Approaches Museum as part of the Battle of the Atlantic 80th anniversary commemorations, which culminate this May across Liverpool.
The journalism department is hosting a free one-day conference on EDI in journalism education on Wednesday 26 June.
The launch of the programme, yesterday evening at Liverpool John Moores University, saw the 26 leaders finding out who they had been paired with.
Thanks to the generosity of staff and students for the 2017 Whitechapel/LJMU Christmas Appeal, the University collected nearly 100 boxes of donations for homeless people and families in Liverpool.
